DUNE PAPER #3          JULY 23, 2018 ROOF UPDATE The much-anticipated roofing project is finally underway. 2-4 Palomino, the first of four buildings in this phase is 98% under new roof, with only the Ridgeline and gutters to be completed. It was always our intention to complete the first phase before the start of the season.
